     COVID-19 Procedures

Due to escalation of COVID-19, we are no longer taking in-office appointments.  Clients are encouraged to call our office at 217-787-9234.  All Medicare, Benefit Access and any other appointments will be done over the phone until further notice.

For paperwork returns, we are asking clients to either mail it in or drop it off in a tray in our foyer.  This is to ensure that we keep our clients and staff as healthy as possible.  We will update you when this changes.  See this resource list for more information on COVID-19.

Our nation's older adult population is a treasure.  Often, however, members of this select group fall between the cracks and suffer unnecessarily.
